OOPS, HOME. POLICIES

Oops, Home. Terms of Service

These terms cover Oops, Home. (formerly Autonomous Safe Ride Mode / Oops, Home.), operated by CrownThrive, LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the policies linked here. Contact us at contact@crownthrive.com with questions.

What the service provides

Oops, Home. provides personal planning, information, and supported connections to services you choose. Available features depend on your plan, device, location, provider, and permissions. Features labeled Simulation demonstrate a possible journey and do not represent a booked ride or verified passenger event.

Safety and service boundaries

Oops, Home. is not an autonomous driving system, transport operator, emergency dispatch service, medical device, or legal service. It does not determine fitness to drive, estimate a reliable blood alcohol level, guarantee a safe route, or verify that a person has arrived indoors. Do not use the app while driving. If driving is unsafe for you, arrange a suitable alternative. Contact local emergency services directly when emergency help is needed.

Accounts and permission

Use only accounts, devices, contact information, and service permissions you are entitled to use. Keep account access secure and provide accurate billing information. Ask people before designating them as contacts. A contact entry does not enroll that person in a monitoring or response service. A connection preference does not authorize access to a provider account.

Third-party services

Rides, maps, calendars, phones, home systems, payment providers, and other connected services have their own terms, availability, charges, and privacy practices. Review their confirmation screens. Opening a provider link does not confirm a reservation, a delivered message, an answered call, or a completed action.

Free and Pro

Free has a limited feature set and includes advertising. Pro costs US$4.99 per month, plus applicable tax disclosed at checkout, and renews monthly until canceled. Review the included features and recurring charge before subscribing. The Subscription Policy explains cancellation, access after cancellation, and billing help. External fares, provider subscriptions, legal costs, and emergency services are not included.

The Ride Rescue Card

The card organizes information you choose to include and share. Its informal 'get out of jail free' nickname does not create legal immunity, bail coverage, insurance, a promise of release, or attorney representation. The card is not a government document, identity credential, or evidence that you are fit to drive.

AI and automation

Automated assistance can explain product features, organize a plan, and prepare a response. It can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review the information and any external action before confirming it. Automation operates within the permissions and services shown in the app; it is not continuous human supervision. We do not represent an unconfirmed provider action as completed.

Your content and downloaded guides

You keep rights you hold in content you submit. You permit us to process that content only as needed to provide the requested service and as explained in the Privacy Policy. Original Oops, Home. guides may be read, downloaded, and printed for personal use where the publication allows it. Resale, redistribution of paid editions, removal of attribution, or commercial licensing requires a separate permission or license. Third-party marks remain their owners' property.

Acceptable use

Do not use Oops, Home. to harass or track people without permission, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, bypass access controls, expose credentials, interfere with services, or create false safety or payment records. We may restrict misuse, with an explanation where appropriate and permitted. Restrictions do not remove rights or remedies required by law.

Availability and responsibility

We work to maintain the service, but uninterrupted availability and successful third-party actions are not guaranteed. Keep another way to reach essential contacts. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Oops, Home. is provided as available without a promise that it will meet every purpose. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and contacting us

We will identify the effective date of updated terms and provide notice of material subscription changes before they take effect. If you have a concern, use the Support Center or contact@crownthrive.com. Product support is not an emergency service.

Provider links, affiliate discovery and purchasing

Viator discovery is provided through a CrownThrive-held affiliate credential in restricted server custody. Provider links open Viator for its current availability, pricing, taxes, terms and checkout. Oops does not make ticket or tour purchases, guarantee inventory, or represent commission earnings until provider approval, attribution and settlement reconciliation are verified. You remain responsible for reviewing and accepting the provider’s terms. You may install and use Oops on devices you are authorized to use. Permissions are optional and do not replace third-party account consent. Keep your device secure and retain backups of important files. Offline access is limited to the rescue fallback described in the app. Updates, browser restrictions and revoked permissions may change feature availability. Removing the app does not cancel a paid plan. Nothing in the installation flow changes your statutory consumer rights.
