What does Oops, Home. do today?
Oops, Home. helps you prepare a return plan, organize trusted contacts and destinations, open your own apps, and review a message before you share it. It does not drive your car, book a ride without your confirmation, diagnose impairment, or monitor you continuously. A journey marked Simulation is an illustration, not a live trip.
Getting startedWhat should I set up first?
Add one person who has agreed to be a contact, one full destination address, a ride option, and a backup. Confirm the pickup location and return time. Try the call and app links while you have time to correct them; do not place test calls to emergency services.
Getting startedDo I connect my account or CrownThrive's account?
Your account. A ride or map handoff opens the provider for you to review and use. An authorization flow asks you to approve the access described on that provider's screen. Adding an app to My Apps saves a preference; it does not by itself connect, log in, or grant access.
My appsDoes connecting one app give Oops, Home. access to everything?
No. Access depends on the provider and the permissions you approve. Check the account name and requested access before continuing. The Home Assistant check uses your own HTTPS instance and reads its configuration once; Home Assistant grants can be broader than that single operation. Review and revoke grants in the provider's account settings whenever needed.
My appsWhy is a listed integration not available as a direct connection?
Some services support an app link, some require provider approval, and others require a native phone companion. The directory identifies the available path. A provider listing does not mean Oops, Home. has a commercial partnership or has been granted access to your account.
My appsWhat is the Ride Rescue Card?
It is a practical record of the contacts and return details you choose to include. You can review and share it when you need a hand. The nickname 'get out of jail free card' is not literal: the card provides no legal immunity, bail, insurance, release guarantee, or attorney representation.
Planning and rescue cardWill Oops, Home. automatically call my preset number?
The call button opens the number you selected in your device's phone app. Your device may ask you to confirm the call. Oops, Home. does not promise unattended, scheduled, or emergency dialing, and a button tap does not prove that someone answered. Keep a backup contact and check the number before going out.
Planning and rescue cardCan I install Oops, Home. and use it offline?
Use Install Oops, Home. in the footer, or your browser's Add to Home Screen option when available. Open the app online first. The offline page can show rescue details you explicitly chose to remember on that browser. Ride booking, account authorization, AI answers, and network services need connectivity. Browser storage can be cleared or unavailable, so keep another copy of essential contact details.
Privacy and accessibilityHow do I change the language?
Oops, Home. starts with a supported match for your device language. Use the footer language selector to choose English, Spanish, French, or Portuguese, or return to Device language. Provider apps and downloaded content may use their own language settings. Review addresses, names, and phone numbers exactly as intended before sharing.
Privacy and accessibilityHow much is Pro, and what happens to Free?
Pro is US$4.99 per month, plus any applicable tax shown at checkout, and renews monthly until canceled. Free includes ads and a limited feature set. Compare the current included features before subscribing. Membership does not include transport fares, emergency response, insurance, or access fees charged by other apps.
Membership and billingHow do I cancel Pro?
Open Membership, choose Manage billing, and cancel the subscription in the billing portal. Confirm that the portal shows the cancellation and access-end date. Cancel before the next renewal to prevent the next charge; you keep eligible Pro access through the paid period. Uninstalling the app or deleting local browser data does not cancel billing. If the billing link fails, contact support with your receipt identifier, never your full card number.
Membership and billingWhat should I include in a support request?
Choose the topic, describe the last action you tried, and include the error text, device, browser, and approximate time. For billing, include the receipt identifier. Remove private addresses, other people's phone numbers, passwords, access tokens, and full payment details from screenshots. Product support is not a live safety monitor and does not replace emergency assistance.
