The monthly price
Oops, Home. Pro is US$4.99 per month. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown before you confirm the purchase. There is no free trial unless a specific offer clearly states its length, first charge, and cancellation terms. Free remains available with ads and limited features.
Automatic renewal
By confirming the recurring purchase at checkout, you authorize the payment method you provide to be charged monthly until you cancel. Your billing confirmation shows the amount, renewal terms, and way to manage the subscription. Save that confirmation for your records.
Cancel online
Open Membership, select Manage billing, and choose the cancellation option in the billing portal. Follow the confirmation step and retain the displayed cancellation. Cancel before your next renewal to avoid the next charge. You do not have to chat with an assistant or contact an agent to use the online cancellation path.
Access after cancellation
Cancellation stops future renewal. Unless the billing confirmation or applicable law requires a different result, Pro remains available through the paid period and the account then returns to Free. Uninstalling the app, closing the browser, or clearing local data does not cancel the subscription.
Refunds and billing errors
Cancellation does not automatically refund a paid period. If you believe a charge is incorrect, duplicated, unauthorized, or affected by a service failure, contact support with the receipt identifier so we can investigate. Any statutory refund or cancellation rights still apply. Never send full payment card details in a support request.
What the price does not cover
Transport fares, external app subscriptions, phone or data charges, legal services, bail, insurance, and emergency response are separate from Oops, Home. membership. The Ride Rescue Card is a planning tool, not financial or legal coverage.
Changes to your offer
We will provide notice of material subscription changes before they take effect, including how to cancel. A new or increased recurring charge will be handled with the notice and consent required for your location.
